Mr. Ken Knoll (1950-2015) was the president of Quaker Window Products Co. He assumed the President’s position in February of 2013 after being Vice President for 22 years. Ken’s parents, Marge & Harold Knoll founded the company and he helped them when he was in school by doing some small jobs at the plant. After serving for 6 years in the U.S. Air Force, Ken came back home and started working at Quaker for his parents. He started working in the basement of the facility making cultured marble. Shortly after that, he was moved to the storm window room and later became foreman there. In 1980, Ken took his talents to the main office to do price estimations for customers. He was mostly involved in overseeing the continued success of Quaker, a company that has been a part of his family’s life since as far back as he can remember.
Mr. Kevin Blansett is General Manager and Executive Vice President of Quaker Window Products. Kevin joined Quaker as Controller in 1994 and subsequently became CFO in 2004. Kevin has been actively involved in many aspects of the company throughout his career including operations and Information Technology. He is passionate about growing the Quaker family which comprises both customers and employees. A 1991 graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics. Kevin earned his CPA while working with Arthur Andersen in St. Louis. When Kevin is not working, he enjoys traveling with family, snow skiing, golf, and hanging out with friends.
National Sales Manager
Mr. Chris Dickneite is National Sales Manager of Quaker Windows & Doors. He started with Quaker in 1987 working in various positions in the manufacturing operation. Chris moved to the office in 1989 and worked in sales and marketing, being promoted to the job of National Sales Manager in 1995. He has traveled extensively throughout the country meeting with customers and working to expand the company’s growth into many new territories with a growing team of sales representatives. He is a 1991 graduate of Lincoln University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration. Chris enjoys time with family on the farm hunting, fishing, and chasing sports activities that his children are actively involved in.
Mr. Curtis Weavers is the Engineering and Quality Control Manager of Quaker Windows & Doors. Curtis is from Argyle, Missouri and has been working at Quaker since 1979. The first couple years he worked part-time while attending Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO. In 1981, he became a full-time draftsmen for Quaker and eventually moved into his current role in 1998. Curtis’ position allows him to be involved in many aspects; new product development, current product improvement, quality control, product testing and many others. When not working, Curtis enjoys traveling with his family, hunting, fishing and attending his two children’s softball and baseball games.
Mr. Tom Stegeman is from Westphalia, Missouri. Tom received a B.S. degree in Accounting in 1975 from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. After graduation Tom started a career in manufacturing, spending 30 years working for Royal Oak Enterprises. For several years, he was the General Manager of R.O.E. In August of 2000, Tom started working for Quaker in its Purchasing and Receiving departments. In 2001, he was promoted to Production Manager. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, golfing and following the St. Louis Cardinals.
