In April 2017, the annual Capital City Cook-Off was held in Jefferson City. This is a fundraising event for Jefferson City’s Special Learning Center. Quaker was proud to once again be a major sponsor for this fantastic event

Along with being a sponsor, we also fielded a BBQ team…one of nearly 50 teams that competed in the Buck-A-Bone competition. While our BBQ team didn’t finish in the money, they’re ribs were #1 in our books, and we will try again in 2018.
