ABOUT US
From Humble Beginnings To Modern Success
Quaker Windows & Doors is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial window and door products in the United States. Headquartered in Freeburg, MO, we’re working diligently to create and implement industry-altering technology into our products so buildings can be more efficient, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
Honoring Our Past
Founded by the husband-and-wife team of Bud and Marge Knoll in 1949, Quaker’s appetite for innovation has existed since our humble beginnings in the original Saint Louis shop. As time has passed, we’ve transformed to meet consumer demands, but our business philosophy has remained: be dedicated to detailed workmanship and provide a responsive service.

Thriving In The Present
Today, Quaker consists of three divisions: Quaker Residential, Quartz Luxury Residential, and Quaker Commercial. We employ over 1,000 people across multiple locations and are proud recipients of Missouri’s Best Large Employer and Best Window Company awards. Our sustained growth has also been nationally recognized on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing privately held companies in America list, and our expansion isn’t slowing down.
Forward-Looking Technologies, World-Class Team
The future of Quaker is shining brighter than ever thanks to the development of our patented OptiCore technology. Available across our commercial and residential range, OptiCore is revolutionizing window manufacturing by providing increased thermal, structural, and sound transmission performance proprieties that were previously unavailable.
The opening of a third 150-acre manufacturing campus at our new site in Eldon, MO, is just the beginning for our future plans. In the coming years, the Eldon location will be home to multiple production facilities as we continue to grow at a sustainable rate.
