Keystone Award Winner: Marlon Stuecken

Having been with Quaker Windows & Doors for 44 years this month, it is not surprising that dispatch manager, Marlon Stuecken, would be receiving a Keystone Award. His years of commitment and service to the company are honor-worthy alone, but it is his generosity and concern for his fellow coworker, and department, that stood out as the reason for his nomination at this time.

“He goes far and beyond doing his job here at Quaker. He is the type of guy who would do anything for you,” wrote nominator Scott Miller, “He is one of the most generous people I have ever met. If there is anyone you would want to represent QWP, that person is Marlon Stuecken.”

According to his nomination, which came on behalf of the entire shipping department: Marlon puts in numerous hours and weekends above and beyond his regular schedule to make sure the job gets done. He calls customers, and contract freight driver to set up deliveries, and that is on top of the duties he has overseeing the loading dock each day. He truly cares about every order and wants to make sure our products get where they are going as efficiently as possible.

Thank you Marlon for your dedication to Quaker, and daily oversight to make sure the job gets done. You truly are an astounding representation of what makes the Quaker Difference each day. Congratulations on winning this Keystone Award!
